Thank you for shopping with Elavyn. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our lymphatic drainage products. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Elavyn products.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be received back to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, although they may be gently used.

2. Initiation a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team first. Do not send your item back without contacting us.

In your email, please include:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The reason for the return.

  3. Confirmation that you have read and accepted the return shipping costs (see Section 3).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to Elavyn.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days.

  • Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
